Will there be any certification tests?

There is a short assessment after each module and an overall assessment after completing all modules. Students receive their certification after successful completion of these assessments. Students may retake any assessments as needed, and the instructors are available for additional support.

What level of professional is the course targeted at?

The Process Excellence Certification Program is designed for all levels of professional maturity as well as organizational maturity. Whether new to the role, or already highly experienced but seeking a “rounding out” of skills, the course delivers valuable lessons at every level. The trainers carefully consider the profile of participants and the nature of the breakout groups and intentionally place individuals in different groups to maximize the learning. All professionals seeking to expand their value-add to their organization or drive their own career are welcome to register.

What type of certification do I receive?

Successfully completing the course earns you six certifications; one for each module and a sixth designation as Certified Master of Dynamic Process Transformation. The modules are: Foundations of Dynamic Process Excellence, Open Market Rules, Unified Accountability, AI for Process Excellence, Change Leadership.
