Senior Vice President - Enterprise Project Management Office Northwest Bank

Ms. Dinger has nearly 20 years of process improvement and project management experience. She holds a key leadership role within Northwest Bank’s and is responsible for providing executive program management, leadership and direction for highly visible, complex strategic initiatives and driving end-to-end cross functional program management and operational excellence.

She holds a degree in computer information systems, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Advanced School of Banking.
