Stephen is the Managing Principal of ZS’s Operations Practice Area. Over the past 18 years at ZS, Stephen has worked closely with his teams and clients to develop and deploy operations and analytics capabilities including Process Excellence & Transformation, Intelligent Automation, and Client Shared Services. He has established and oversees three Expertise Centers at ZS including Operations Excellence, Technology Delivery Excellence, and Program Management. Collectively, these capabilities support dozens of clients across 10+ industries in over 90 countries.
Stephen previously led the Sales Compensation practice area at ZS and led ZS’s New Delhi, India office where he helped grow it from 300 to 800 people. Prior to ZS he worked in engineering consulting for several years.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys traveling with his family and stays busy with hobbies including architecture, movies, chess, and a variety of sports. A native of Canada, Stephen holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Toronto and engineering degrees from Cornell University and the University of Western Ontario. In addition, he is a Certified Compensation Professional and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
