Prior to Nestlé, Stella studied and worked in Switzerland where her focus was on strategic alignment and control systems. She consulted in various capacities with British Airways World Cargo, Pacific Region; Swiss Hospices, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Stella is UK-born; speaks fluent French; and holds both an MSc in International Management as well as a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
