Robert Salaj is the Director of OpEx for Lighthouse Electric and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering along with accreditation in Lean SixSigma, QuickBase and Engineering Leadership. Robert is a servant leader with a passion for continuous improvement and change management. Robert has served in a variety of roles from Mechanical Engineer and Variable Cost Out leader at General Electric; a Business Development and Lean Leader at WESCO Distribution and General Manager of a SaaS solutions company. The wealth of knowledge and business acumen obtained at these companies has helped to steward and sustain change via Lean principles within the construction industry and has spearheaded a variety of programs including RAD Lean, Last Planner, Digital Transformation, and Hoshin Planning to name a few.
