Phil is a technology development consultant who has worked in various industries including: Government (Municipal, State and Federally Funded roles), For-Profit (Publicly Traded, Large, Medium and Small) and Not-For-Profit (Education and Charitable Foundations) for 15 years. 7 of those 15 years have been in dedicated full-time capacities and 8 in ongoing strategic consultative roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts with a minor in Visual Communication Design and a Master’s degree in Communication, both from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. His specialties include: website development, custom code/design, strategic business planning/initiatives, technical writing and building out custom solutions for clients with complex needs. Philip is currently working with MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a dedicated research and development facility focused on national security within its Information Services Department (ISD) in Lexington, Massachusetts. He resides in Longmeadow, Massachusetts with his wife Lauren and his daughter Emma.
