4:10 PM What Personal Health Can Teach Us About Transformation

As a matter of strategy execution, holistic business transformation sits at the intersection of an organization's business model, operating model, and culture. Like personal health journeys, transformation efforts put sustainability at risk if they start off too aggressively or with a siloed focus. Creating sustained holistic change requires creating a clear vision, a measurable definition of success, a well-governed engagement model, and aligned execution strategy to enable your employees to successfully achieve your collective transformation goals.
Join this session to hear lessons learned and reflections from the front lines of an ongoing large-scale transformation at MassMutual, one of largest insurance companies in the U.S.

Jennifer Orzell, head of workplace transformation at MassMutual Workplace Solutions will present alongside Pat Petitti, co-founder and Co-CEO of Catalant Technologies, a leading provider of strategy execution management software.
