Patrick is a business process transformation and change management internal consultant.  In his role, Patrick helps customers achieve their operational excellence and business transformation goals.  As a coach and practitioner, Patrick drives continuous improvement throughout the enterprise, in both transactional and manufacturing environments, using tools like change management, project management, decision quality and others. Patrick is an Arizona State University certified six sigma master black belt, Intel certified lean six sigma black belt, and a Prosci certified change manager. Patrick has been at Intel for 22 years in various roles and is currently a member of the IT Flex Solutions - Transformation Acceleration team.
