Mike Stober has spent the past 30 years primarily in a Management Consulting capacity responsible for advising C-suite executives on how to drive operational efficiency that impacts not only bottom line business results but also recognizing the balance that is required to understand the impact to internal colleague and external customer experiences. He has significant experiences in the healthcare, P&C and banking industries leading large scale transformations. He is currently employed by CVS Health leading their Operational Excellence group for Clinical Operations. He is also an adjunct professor at two area universities instructing in Business Analytics and Operations. His primary focus has been in value stream disruption to identify, diagnose and execute on improvement opportunities that reinvent and disrupt the economics of these value streams. He has done this via perfecting a scientific approach that combines the use of digital data collection, primary and secondary research, advanced analytics, lean six sigma and human-centered design disciplines to deliver exceptional economic value to the firm and customers.
