Maureen Terralheiro is a 15+ year Business Transformation, Strategy, Project Delivery executive specializing in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and business transformation. Starting her career in the Canadian Banking sector, she quickly progressed into project, program and process management. She found a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement while rolling out programs and strategies to increase customer and employee satisfaction, all while increasing efficiencies and reducing bottom line costs.
An avid baseball fan since childhood, she never missed a Blue Jays home opener (minus Covid), and for many years could be found cheering for her Blue Jays team in Florida during Spring Training. Her drive for excellence showed up early in her life as she plays 3 musical instruments, starting the violin at the age of 3, eventually playing for the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra.
