Kristen Workman is Director Lean Office Transformation for Schneider Electric, focused on driving operational excellence through Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and employee involvement across a multinational organization. Kristen brings years of experience where she has been responsible for leading the digital transformations of Smart Factory solutions across the region and 40+ sites.  Her career includes over 10 years in manufacturing operations roles, 8 years in logistics responsible for a high-volume Distribution Center, in PA, and managing the Logistics Control Tower located in the Cincinnati area, where she currently resides. Kristen holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a Lean Expert with Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
