Kishore Kandru is the Business Architecture Leader for CSAA Insurance Group - a AAA Insurer, in Walnut Creek, California.

Kishore brings his 18 years of Business Architecture experience spread over high-tech, consumer electronics and insurance industries to CSAA IG where he is responsible for leading an amazingly talented team of business process and operational excellence architects.

His team focuses on identifying and delivering process optimization and improvement opportunities with a focus on value delivery and innovation.

He is also known for setting up Robotic Process Automation practice from ground up and scaled it to enterprise level with lean and agile principles as foundation.

Kishore partners with each of the enterprise business functions to guide them through transformation initiatives (digital transformation, innovation etc.) through design thinking, lean start up and Agile approaches to deliver incremental value, gather customer feedback and continue to iterate.

Kishore holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from India, and a Master of Business Administration from the San Jose State University.

Kishore is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, has authored several presentations and white papers and always eager to share his passion around very practical process, architecture, agile, lean and design thinking frameworks.
