Kevin Kosefeski

Global Head of Healthineers Performance System Siemens Healthineers

Kevin is the Head of the Healthineers Performance System at Siemens-Healthineers, a DAX 40 company. He is responsible for the global community of over 350 Lean Practitioners who apply Lean and Agile Methods at all levels of the company. Prior to joining Siemens, Kevin worked for 10 years at Danaher Corporation in the General Management Development Program culminating as the Corporate Director of Danaher Business System (DBS) Program Development. Kevin started his career in the military as a Special Operations helicopter pilot in the US Air Force. He transitioned to a civilian career in 2006 and has since held roles in Manufacturing Operations, New Product Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and OPEX/Lean and Continuous Improvement. Kevin has a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, a MS in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
