As Head of Workplace Solutions Transformation, Jennifer is responsible for a multi-year effort to improve customer experience, enhance business earnings and create a winning culture for employees. Her diverse career in financial services spans more than 25 years. With over a decade at MassMutual, Jenn has held numerous leadership positions in actuarial, product, marketing and program management.  Prior to joining MassMutual in 2009, Jennifer was AVP & Actuary with the Hartford Life Insurance Company responsible for Product Development and Pricing.   Woven throughout, she has demonstrated a passion for and continues to coach and inspire colleagues and leaders throughout the business to change mindsets and behaviors to drive culture of continuous improvement and embrace change.

Jennifer earned her BS degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and  a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

She also describes herself as being a successful juggler of life’s many opportunities including being a wife, mom of two teenage daughters and active volunteer in her community.
