Jeff Slater developed his experience in leadership positions with four Fortune 500 companies. The breadth of this experience incorporates almost every aspect of Business Management including Operational Excellence, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Corporate Integrations, and Strategic Planning. Jeff has lead facility start-ups, turnarounds, innovation/growth opportunities, and enterprise wide project management focused on qualitative & quantitative analysis. The foundation for Jeff’s experience lies in his strong educational background and application of key management tools in Manufacturing and Service industries. This includes leadership roles in college and large scale business projects. Some examples include, scrap reduction programs for Frito-Lay, new product development for Nabisco/Mondelez Foods and the first Lean Six Sigma project for Owens Corning savings $860,000, leading Sonoco’s Performance System implementation, Starting up Quality and Continuous Improvement for a tier one automotive supplier. (Autokiniton) At Bowling Green State University, Jeff was the Student Government Vice President and the Student Representative for the BGSU Board of Directors.
