For the last fifteen years JC has built a career in the development and commercialization of enterprise software, professional services and telecommunications products.

The Results Companies and DeviceBits formed a partnership early 2019 to create a technology platform that would help drive AI technology into the customer experience space, creating higher CSAT and NPS by focusing on a smoother customer and agent experience.
