Ewerton Pavan has his Business Transformation skills rooted on the concepts of Lean and Operational Excellence from the Automotive Industry, with more than 25 years of experience.

After leading large-scale transformation projects for Operations in one of the global providers for the automotive industry, Ewerton moved to the CPG field as an E2E project manager for the Nestle’s dairy business in Brazil and later in Latin America. Applying Lean, he was able to transform the several business in different countries applying cross-functional alignment behind customer values.

Ewerton became the head of the Continuous Excellence Program in the US for the largest food manufacturing company in the world and, most recently, joined Philips NA. His passion to building teams and re-align organizations to become customer-driven makes, allied with solid and sustainable business results, makes him a leader within the BT practice.
