Directing a team of high performing change managers, Divya in her current role drives complex change management initiatives, change that simplifies work, nourishes culture, and helps advance Company’s purpose. Divya hold a degrees in Electrical Engineering, MSC in Software Engineering & MBA. She started her career as software developer, followed by people & project management roles in India & Ireland. She moved to the US 7 years ago, worked with leading customers & found her true passion in agility. Since then, she has been leading transformation programs around the globe to make a difference; Including Digital transformation out in Sweden, and organization level transformations in south America, Mexico, UK, Brazil etc. Divya is based in Frisco, Texas, proud mother of 2 young children and enjoys travelling & baking.
