David Haigh is the Continuous Improvement
Director for Wolseley Canada. With
nearly twenty years of practice in Continuous Improvement, Change Management,
Supply Chain, and Strategic Planning, David has seen a lot. The leaders that “don’t get it”, the
employees frustrated that their voice isn’t being heard, the customers feeling
ignored, the short-sighted decisions, managing for the day and quarter instead
of the long-term.
But there is hope! As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, David has seen and lead teams in finding better ways. As a Certified Change Management Professional, David approaches change with humility, putting the customer and the employee at the center of the practice of improvement. And as a servant-leader, David listens, mentors, coaches and assists other leaders on their personal path of improvement and success. He’s been fortunate to have worked in the telecommunications, technology, automotive, housing, construction, CPG, healthcare, and building supplies industries. Across all this work, there is one constant – there is always room for improvement.
