David Campos is the Chief Transformation Officer for Serta Simmons, an Advent International portfolio company.

He help over the course of 10 years multiple senior executive roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Vice President and General Manager for Kimberly-Clark Professional Latin America, Country Manager Spain & Portugal and Director of Corporate Strategy.

Prior to Kimberly-Clark, David was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. in the Johannesburg, Chicago, and Bogota offices. During his seven-year tenure with the firm, David focused on leading large-scale performance transformations across multiple industries and co-founding the Sub-Saharan Operations Practice. David’s career started with Procter & Gamble.

David holds an MS in Management and an MS in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was awarded Fulbright and Leaders for Global Operations fellowships. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in German. He has ample international experience, having lived and worked in North and South America, Europe, and Africa.
