Senior Business Process Engineer, Enterprise Project Management Office Northwest Bank

I am an ASQ Certified Black Belt working on mid to large enterprise strategic process improvement projects for Northwest Bank, a $10.2B bank headquartered in Warren, PA.  I have worked for Northwest for 4.5 years and worked in the automotive and aerospace manufacturing industry for 15 years prior. I love working with all of our different lines of business to help improve our processes and customer experiences while also teaching lean tools and techniques.  I live in Jamestown, NY with my husband and two children.  Outside of work, I enjoy running, biking, reading, yoga and travelling!
