Daina Troupe is the Vice President of Business Process Improvement and Transformation for First Advantage, a leading global background screening company. Daina has over 21 years of experience transforming organizations by leveraging her skills in lean-six-sigma, automation, organizational change management, project management, and lean-agile methodologies across industries, including Chemical, Aerospace, Utility, Information Technology, and Banking. Daina has been in her current role since October of 2021 and is responsible for the Business Process Improvement COE vision and the strategic roadmap along with partnering closely with Product and Technology teams to drive transformation within the company’s processes and tools. Prior to joining First Advantage, she spearheaded and led BPI-related initiatives as the Transformation Leader for Continuous Process Improvement, Organizational Change Management, and Agile at the Federal Reserve Bank supporting National IT. Daina also held multiple leadership roles as the Global Director of M&A IT integrations and the Business Process Improvement Leader for North and Latin America at Nielsen. Continuous improvement is a cornerstone of great organizations, and her passion for promoting continuous business improvement as a business strategy stems from fostering evolution and innovation within the workplace. Daina lives in Tampa Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
