Chet Harter is a member of the SAP Signavio Center of Excellence and has been with SAP for 19 years. A former operations and materials professional in the manufacturing industry, he focused on the management of operational business processes and continuous improvement programs. As a member of SAP’s Signavio Center of Excellence, Chet is currently helping customers understand SAP's solutions for business process management and process automation/improvement.
