Bob MacDonald is a transformer and challenger of status quo.  He is currently a Managing Director of Corporate Strategy at TD Ameritrade and leads Enterprise Design, Corporate Consulting, and System Strategy functions for the organization.   He is responsible for increasing digital enablement of core business processes, creating frictionless client experiences, and adopting user-driven designs.  His teams collaborate with business & technology leaders to form strategies while also challenging conventional thinking to modernize and simplify business infrastructure.  He leads the initiation and incubation of many proofs of concept across his firm to improve competitive positioning.
