Beth O'Connor has spent her career serving as an internal consultant, deploying Quality and Operational Excellence methodologies across multiple industries.  Whether as an individual contributor or as a member of senior leadership, Beth has exhibited a passion for Quality and Process Improvement.  She takes pride in implementing solutions that support employee and company transformation.

Beth holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as multiple certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Analytic Troubleshooting, Organizational Change Management, and Auditing.

Beth enjoys serving the Quality and Operational Excellence community.  She has supported the development of the ASQ Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge, served as a preliminary round judge and finals judge for the ASQ International Team Excellence Awards, and served on a work group to evaluate and write ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certification exam items.

Beth lives in Austin with her husband and two young children.  She loves to read and is an aspiring fiction author, longing for a “yes” from an agent and, subsequently, an editor!
