Ben Vesely

Director, Business Process Transformation Prudential

Ben Vesely has over 15 years of process transformation experience spread throughout the financial services, transportation, and manufacturing industries.  He’s been with Prudential for 10 years, leading business analytics, quality, and program management functions prior to his role as Director of Business Process Transformation.  Ben has applied experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile leading process improvement projects ranging from product development to value stream transformations.  As a lean six sigma master black belt, he has trained and mentored well over 50 green belts in multiple industries.  Ben is formally certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Lean Bronze & Silver through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and project management (PMI PMP).  Ben is a graduate of the University of Iowa and earned a M.B.A. in Operations Management from Clarke University.  Ben lives in Iowa with his wife and four children (and two big dogs).  He enjoys coaching his sons in football and baseball.  He volunteers his time to mentoring children and teaching Junior Achievement.
