Ashu is a growth-oriented people leader having had the experience of devising strategies and driving transformation across varied levels of organizational spectrum. He has extensive experience working in the financial industry and as a strategy and operations consultant at Deloitte for many years.

 In his current role at American Express, he is Vice President in the Global Transformation team within the Commercial Business (B2B) where he is responsible for E2E process management and strategic planning. In American Express, he has worked across geographies and across different transformation journeys such as M&A, Strategic & Investment Planning, Agile Transformation etc.
