3:10 PM How To Personally and Organizationally Conquer Mountains of Change

Change is increasing exponentially. How will we personally and organizationally conquer the mountains of change we face? The answer: through simple tactics designed to build change competence and confidence, such as:

·       Always make change personal: start with you and help others join you

·       Shrink the change to get moving and build momentum: what small step forward can you take today?

·       Practice makes strength: competence and confidence come from repetition. Use the volume of change to your advantage
