Dr. O’Connell is chartered to lead, orchestrate and accelerate the Navy’s transition to a Digital Service and is responsible for driving change at a mega scale that impacts hundreds of thousands of workforce employees. He also has significant experiences in the private sector leading major transformation, turnaround and delivery at multi-billion-dollar scales.
