Anne Wilson is a strategy and transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding Fortune 100 executives through enterprise transformation, strategic pivots, and large-scale operating model shifts. She partners with CEOs, COOs, CHROs, and CSOs to realign organizations for growth, agility, and sustained performance.

As Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS, Anne built and led BTS’ transformation business, scaling the practice 5x while delivering measurable client impact. She has designed and implemented proprietary frameworks for organizational transformation, strategy activation, operating model design, culture change, and leadership alignment, helping executive teams translate bold strategies into real results.

Anne is a published expert in organizational change and strategy execution, with perspectives featured in Entrepreneur, Chief Executive, American Express Business,and BTS Insights.

Earlier in her career, Anne held finance and strategy roles at Boeing, including serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO of a 700-person business unit. She earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master of Organizational Leadership and a BBA in Finance from Gonzaga University.
