Our internal graphic design department recently held a Kaizen Event. During the event, we designed a process to reduce (by 50%) the amount of time it takes to complete a project. However, we could not 'try-storm' the process during the Kaizen event, because the process is too dependent on the actions of others. My question is, is it still considered a try storm if we implement the process after the Kaizen event?
