With single factor ANOVA, do you need an equal number of data points for each subject. For example, if I wanted to see if there was a difference between the accuracy of 5 people, do I need an equal number of data points for each persom, say 10. Or can I use 10 for 1, then 12 for another, 15 for another. The reason is because there may be some days when the data is missing.
