A transformation leader, Henriques has been responsible for the Process Intelligence program since 2017 and has been working on Customer Experience visualization and sales to debt revenue cycle. Along with Dr. Lars Reinkemeyer, he is the co-author of the "Process Mining in Action" book. Henriques also has firsthand experience with the robotic process automation program with more than 100 robots in the digital workforce since 2015, increasing EBITDA contribution annually.
