Elham Ramezani

Leader KPMG Centre of Excellence for Process Mining

Elham Ramezani is a Director at KPMG D&A Platforms, where she leads the KPMG Centre of Excellence for Process Mining. In this role, she works closely with her team to support clients globally with the implementation of process mining technology. This includes developing operating models and management strategies to ensure successful deployment of the technology and fostering wide adoption across organizations to scale up its applications. Her area of specialization is Process Mining, in which she completed a PhD in Computer Science. Developed and adapted process mining and data mining techniques for comprehensive data-driven analysis of business process compliance, many of which are now deployed in leading process mining solutions such as Celonis, Signavio, and ARIS. Elham is a member of advisory board at IEEE Task Force for Process mining where she offers strategic advice related to the positioning of the task force, its activities, and signal developments important for TFPM.
