Head of Group Organisation and Business Process Excellence Encevo

Jan Ricken has 18 years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM) project management and organizational topics. He has a proven track record in increasing organization maturity in Process & Project performance. Jan has published several articles on process-oriented Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), is speaker at industrial conferences and exchange groups in Luxembourg. Since PhD achievement in 2013, Jan is teaching in Universities Process Improvement with LeanSixSigma and other Organization related topics.

Currently, Jan is in charge for the Encevo department “Organization & Process Excellence”. This includes the responsibility for the Group Business Process Excellence Framework, Encevo Group Project –and Portfolio Management Office, Program Lead for GDPR Implementation Project and is Data Protection Officer (DPO).
