As a Business Transformation Consultant at DIRECTV, she leads initiatives focused on technologies that impact and improve the employee and customer experience. As former Vice President, Operational Effectiveness for Finastra, Wendy led transformations in customer success, employee experience, new acquisition integrations, and standard corporate systems. Wendy began her Process Excellence/Change Management career as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE, working in multiple industries over the past 20+ years. Wendy earned her Master of Business Administration from Villanova University (Summa Cum Laude) and her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Susquehanna University (Magna Cum Laude). Beyond her professional pursuits, Wendy channels her creativity and innovation through photography, capturing moments that reflect her unique perspective. "Because we’ve always done it that way" serves as a personal challenge for change.
