Meikle Paschal Jr. is the Program Manager for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Meikle has a strong background in managing high visibility acquisition programs, data management, and coordinating teams with diverse skillsets. For the past three years, he has focused on developing and growing a full-service enterprise approach to RPA at USCIS with a focus on enhancing the immigration process. When he is not automating his daily duties, Meikle loves to keep active whether its traveling or cycling around the district in search of new restaurants.
