To address the Covid-19 crisis, companies had to shift to digital-first training to meet their employees in the moment of need. A more relevant, meaningful and diverse portfolio of learning offerings was required to enable talent to build capabilities and better navigate the change. 

This led us to a new organisational structure and way of working together in order to have more impact by: 

• Reducing end-to-end program development and ownership
• Increasing scale and reach of our development offerings
• Investing in our culture to amplify the change
