Kristen Workman is Director Lean Office Transformation for Schneider Electric. The Lean Front Office team uses Lean Methodologies to drive Operational Excellence, focusing on the value-added tasks for Customers.
In her 24-year career at Schneider Electric, she spent 22 years in Global Supply Chain. Kristen brings years of experience where she has been responsible for leading continuous improvement teams and the digital transformation of Smart Factory solutions across North America and 40+ sites. Her career includes over 10 years in manufacturing operations roles, 8 years in logistics responsible for a high-volume Distribution Center, in PA, and managing the Logistics Control Tower located in the Cincinnati area, where she currently resides.
Kristen holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a Lean Expert with Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
