Jack started as a business process architect in 2010, after holding various SAP positions across Asia Pacific and Japan. He led strategic innovations where he spearheaded the methodology of Run SAP Like a Factory across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Jack’s experience spans across multiple industries; High-Tech, Government, Utilities, Banking & Insurance and Retail. This included the rollout of Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) to enhance business process execution. Currently, Jack leads the North America Strategic Customer Transformation team for SAP Signavio.Jack is fiercely passionate about maximizing customer adoption and transformation value with the power of SAP Signavio for business process management, process automation/improvement, & SAP LeanIX for Enterprise Architecture management.
Jack is an advisory board member of the Business Transformation Europe group.
