Puneet Thakkar is a globally recognized strategist in digital finance transformation and the architect of the influential "Process-First" framework for xP&A. As a senior program manager – finance transformation at Google, he spearheads the multi-year transformation strategy for a multi-billion-dollar cost base, re-engineering core Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows to enable scalable AI adoption. He is currently pioneering the application of "Agentic AI" operating models to bridge the gap between legacy operational theory and future-state autonomous architectures.

His reputation for building resilient, unified systems was cemented at Western Digital, where he directed the complex financial integration of three Fortune 500 entities—a modernization effort cited by IDC as a model for the "Live Enterprise."
