Fraser M. Damoff is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and seasoned Business Transformation leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence across the Canadian energy sector. As the Supervisor of Continuous Improvement and head of the Lean Centre of Excellence at Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), Fraser specializes in process optimization, Robotic-Process Automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Fraser is also a Professor of Aerospace Manufacturing where he teaches his students how to apply Continuous Improvement fundamentals to the manufacturing of aerospace vehicles. He holds a Masters and other degrees and certifications from Brock University, York University’s Schulich School of Business and the University of Maryland. Fraser likes to get into ‘good trouble’ and use that as a catalyst for change.
