Lindsay Wirthlin is an enterprise transformation leader with experience spanning global commercial enterprises and mission driven organizations. As Head of Agile Transformation at the American Red Cross, she works with leadership and teams to guide enterprise wide change that aligns people, governance, and operating models with both mission and value. Drawing on transformation leadership experience at organizations including MetLife and the Red Cross, Lindsay brings a human centered lens to large scale change—focusing not only on the logic of new frameworks, but on the emotional commitment and shared meaning required for transformation to truly stick.
