According to PEX Report, change management is a key priority area for process improvement over the next 12 months, focusing on building a culture for transformation and change management strategy, respectively. In total, 56 percent of businesses are planning to invest in cultural transformation and behavioral/employee engagement – key aspects of change management – in the near future.

As organizations adapt to uncertainty, understanding future trends in change management becomes essential. This session will explore emerging innovations and how organisations can adapt their processes and business strategies in the current climate
