J-M Erlendson is a Chief Evangelist, Lead Business/Process Transformation Engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in Business Process Management and Project Management, helping clients develop and implement business process framework strategy and execute process documentation and improvement projects.

He is an ARIS Platform expert and high-level trainer with years of experience using the tool for documentation, simulation, process mining, analysis, improvement and as a vehicle for change management. He combines this technical skill with strong leadership and relationship management skills, having run multiple BPM-focused projects with cross-functional supporting teams. He also has a strong track record in business development, creating new relationships both internally and externally to drive BPM adoption and sales opportunities.

J-M is a leader in business, founding and running multiple highly-successful independent arts companies and charities. He is a culture-first leader, working to transform organizations' 'ways of working' towards collaborative models through diligence, humility and generosity. He currently serves as a 'Change Network' co-lead, designing, building and managing people-focused programs.

He has worked to drive strategic value through BPM at a variety of enterprise-level clients around the world, particularly in banking, public sector, retail, utilities, manufacturing, telecom, and energy. He is the co-host of the “What’s Your Baseline” podcast, a frequent speaker at international conferences, and a published contributor for various trade journals.
