Chas Moore is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, including 14 years in healthcare prior to joining Chazey Partners. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) based in British Columbia, Canada, Chas combines deep financial expertise with proven leadership in project management, Six Sigma, Prosci change management, and certified business continuity planning (CBCI).
Before Chazey, Chas served as CFO and Director with responsibilities that included HR, finance, and corporate services. His first engagement with Chazey Partners came while leading a major HR and finance shared services initiative for his health authority, where Chazey was brought in as an independent advisor to ensure leading practices. Inspired by the collaboration, Chas joined Chazey 13 years ago as Managing Director for Canada, later serving as Managing Director for North America, and is now Executive Partner – Transformation.
In his current role, Chas has global responsibility for all operations transformation projects, providing quality assurance and technical expertise in Chazey’s proven methodology.
He also supports client relationships, engagement partner duties, and proposal development with a focus on methodology components. He has led numerous successful projects across North America and internationally, consistently delivering improved efficiency, service quality, compliance, and operational performance for leading organizations worldwide.
