Lee Bogner is an important enterprise and startup digital leader, as Ecommerce chief and master GenAI engineer at Mars Inc. He has held similar roles at J&J, Accenture, IBM and several technology startups. Additionally, Lee is professor of EMBA Strategy, Information Systems, Analytics and AI at Hofstra University NYC, and recently appointed as an Applied GenAI Educator at MIT. Lee’s current work is focused on how AI and GenAi is effectively, and safely used across large global organizations.

As Mars' chief enterprise eCommerce architect, and principal GenAI engineer, Lee leads, and advises on strategy, governance, policy and delivery. His subject matter expertise includes digital innovation and AI-enabled business models, omni-channel commerce, GPT/LLM-based and ethical AI, technology policy and governance processes. Since 2023, Lee has co-led the creation of the AI reference architecture foundation, and PoC assessment governance process for dozens in early-to-market, next wave AI/ML and GenAI test–and-learn collaborations - upskilling associates and ways-of-working processes.
