Lean research administration includes comprehensive research compliance but focuses on improving the processes of clinical trial startup, clinical trial management, budget negotiation, grant writing, proposal development, grant financial analysis, fund setup, contracting, closeout - really, all aspects of grant and contracts administration.

She focuses on developing lean leaders, building and sustaining high performing teams, operational excellence, developing lean management systems, team-wide lean thinking, and organizational change management, in academic research /healthcare.
