Rajeev Jain – Vice President and Head of Finance Global Operations, HP Inc Biography: In his current role as the VP & global Head of Finance Global Operations at HP Inc., Rajeev currently leads HP Finance hubs across India, Mexico, Poland and China, along with 40 country front offices. His organization is accountable for delivery & stakeholder management for Finance processes across P2P, R2R, H2R & Payroll. Rajeev is also accountable for Site Leadership, Talent Development & Digital Transformation across these hubs for all of HP Finance.

In a career spanning 3 decades across great organizations like HP, Fidelity Investments, GE, L&T and Eicher group, Rajeev has invested 12 years in manufacturing / factory management & 18 years in Shared Services. Rajeev is an active member of NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) Regional Council for GCCs (Global Capability Centers) since 2014. He has been a speaker / panelist at forums like NASSCOM’s BPM (Business Process Management) Strategy Summit, PEX (Process Excellence Network) forum, SSON (Shared Services & Outsourcing Network) Singapore summit & BTOES (Business Transformation & Operational Excellence Summit) in Orlando, Florida.

Rajeev is well known for his inspirational leadership, change management skills and Business partnership. He has strong capabilities in Robotics, Process Reengineering & Digital transformation in Operations; and has achieved a unique trifecta of certifications in Business Excellence: ‘Master Trainer’ (GE), ‘Quality Leader’ (GE) & ‘Executive Belt’ (HP). Additionally, Rajeev has a strong passion for Social Impact – with key focus on underprivileged children and women. He has worked with several NGOs (e.g. United Way, Agastya and Enable India) and is closely supporting HP’s Social Innovation programs (“DISHA”). Rajeev completed his Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi in 1988. He has also completed certificate course on ‘Negotiation & Influence’ from MIT Sloan School of Management.
