When Humans Lead, the Tech Succeeds: Putting People at the Heart of Digital Transformation

New research from Capgemini’s Digital Transformation Institute highlights that the minority of businesses feel they have the digital and leadership capabilities needed to make their digital transformation journey a success, with the survey of 1,300 business leaders in over 750 organisations showing less than half felt well-equipped in these areas.

With this in mind, organisations must create clear and realistic strategies which support not only transformative initiatives but also broader organisational goals in order to gain executive team buy-in and ensure longevity of change, and sustainability for continuous innovation. We explore how five organisations across different industries are exceling with their digital transformations by implementing strong frameworks and engaging all stakeholders to drive meaningful change, ahead of Chief Transformation Officer 2019.
